Vibrant and Slightly Abstract

I’m a beeswax and watercolor artist working out of my studio in Hamilton Montana. Words, phrases, and expressions are often my starting point. I create loose sketches with a hot cup of morning coffee. These sketches inform my creative journey. In my studio full of paper, wax, and many color mediums I’ll expand on my morning sketching sessions. I work on several pieces at a time, moving from one to another waiting for paint to dry and thoughts to ripen.
